Our head chef, Phil Moran, a native of Wicklow has spent almost 20 years in the hospitality industry. His passion for his craft brings a new and exciting array of dishes to his menu a the Horse and Hound. The Restaurant is housed in an elegant large space with both indoor and outdoor seating. The Lounge and Heritage Room
