Our History - The Horse and Hound Delgany

Current Ownership of the Horse and Hound Delgany: Co-Owner/Operators Mark and Mary Molloy left the Horse and Hound Delgany business in August of 2024. The locally based existing partners continue to own the property, and named Kevin Moes as General Manager in September of 2024. Since Kevin came on board last August, the Horse and Hound has gone through a physical transformation. The facility has converted the Gin Bar to a fully functioning Sports Bar and Entertainment Area which features big screen tv’s and high top tables; the restaurant added a large projection TV to watch rugby/football matches and facilitate other events; and the beer garden was refurbished and reimagined to now include a proper south african bbq to host BRAAI’s when the weather is good or when the time suits! Kevin’s wife, Claire Moes, who also owns the Bear Paw Deli next door, was named executive chef and has designed an award winning menu for the Horse and Hound. A new fall menu will be announced in September. Currently there are 8 rooms available for occupancy (7 are en suite) with an additional 3 coming on line in early 2026.
